Kashi Blueberry Breakfast

Good Morning...

I wanted to post what I ate this morning..it was pretty good...I'm not gonna lie...


I had 1/2 cup of Kashi Heart to Heart Oat Flakes & Blueberry Clusters in some no sugar added Silk Soy milk. It's loaded with tons of antioxidants, reduces cholesterol and helps support healthy arteries. How awesome is that. Mostly, I'm not too fond of Kashi products mostly because I'm allergic to most of them) but this one was pretty good.
